Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details.

Delivery Timeline

Domestic (India): Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.
VAKR Studios will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery as per their standard policy.
In case of unsuccessful delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping charges may be applicable.

Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording an unboxing video and contacting us within 48 hours with supporting images.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, charges, and timelines will be communicated separately, where applicable.
