At VAKR Studios, each garment is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We offer returns and exchanges in case of genuine issues, as outlined below.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or defective

The product received is incorrect (wrong item, size, or color)

To be eligible, a return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Return / Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

The item should not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process an exchange for the same product or an alternative product of equal value, subject to availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Refund Policy

VAKR Studios does not offer monetary refunds.
All approved return requests will be processed through exchange or store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping

In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping will be arranged by VAKR Studios.
